Let me offer you a counter example:
A former boss at the digital marketing company I worked at has an average IQ. He’s just a normal midwestern dude.
He worked as a handy man at a nursing home while doing videos for people on the side…for 15 years, until he turned it into a full-time video production company.
Then, he met a smart partner who knew about web & marketing and then built it to a million dollar company.
No gifted people involved in the process at all.
