That’s an excellent question. I’ve found that the more work I put in, the easier it is to keep going because I can look back at the old challenges I’ve overcome, which gives me the confidence to know I can do it again.
You have to build momentum and hit that tipping point. At a certain level, your actions will start to produce more output for the same amount of effort. It’s at that point where you pour gasoline on the fire and work even harder instead of resting.
